Orders paid for with cryptocurrency are processed automatically. Once your payment has been confirmed by the blockchain network, your order at WinsHub will be confirmed.

When placing an order, please ensure that your payment reaches the generated wallet address within 6 hours, including the required two network confirmations. This allows our system to process your order automatically.

If your payment is sent after the 6-hour window, please contact the relevant support team and provide your transaction ID so your payment can be reviewed.

To help prevent delays, we recommend using an appropriate network transaction fee to ensure your payment is confirmed promptly.
