18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

WinsHub is dedicated to full compliance with all applicable federal laws pertaining to age verification, record-keeping, and the prevention of illegal or exploitative content.
With respect to content uploaded, published, or otherwise made available by independent third-party users, creators, studios, producers, or other verified content providers (“Content Providers”), WinsHub does not function as the primary producer, secondary producer, or custodian of records, as those terms are defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and their accompanying regulations.
WinsHub’s role in relation to such third-party content is limited to providing online services, including the transmission, hosting, storage, indexing, organization, formatting, display, and distribution of content made available by independent Content Providers.
Accordingly, any requests concerning records maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 18 U.S.C. § 2257A for third-party content should be directed to the applicable Content Provider responsible for producing and uploading that content.

Content Provider Requirements
Every Content Provider using WinsHub represents, warrants, and agrees that:
- They are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- Every individual appearing in uploaded content was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was created.
- Every individual appearing in uploaded content participated voluntarily and provided legally valid consent.
- They maintain all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and all applicable regulations where those laws apply.
- They will promptly supply documentation upon lawful request by WinsHub or authorized governmental authorities.
- They hold all necessary ownership rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for the content they upload.
- Their content complies with WinsHub’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
WinsHub enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any depiction involving minors
- Grooming or child exploitation
- Human trafficking
- Sexual exploitation
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Deepfake intimate content published without authorization
- Coercive or abusive sexual content
- Content obtained through illegal means
- Any material prohibited under applicable law
Any content suspected of violating these policies may be removed immediately and without prior notice, and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies or other competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
Cooperation with Authorities
WinsHub reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, courts, and other governmental bodies in connection with investigations involving illegal content, age verification, exploitation, trafficking, or other violations of applicable law.
Where legally required or permitted, WinsHub may preserve relevant records, disclose information, or remove content to fulfill its legal obligations.
Reservation of Rights
WinsHub reserves the right to investigate any uploaded content, request additional documentation, suspend or terminate Content Providers, decline publication of content, or remove any material that, in our sole discretion, violates applicable law or our platform policies.
Nothing in this Compliance Statement restricts any rights available to WinsHub under its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, DMCA Policy, or applicable law.
