• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Safeguard your 12-word recovery phrase — it is shown once and cannot be recovered by us
• All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account

• VIP Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• All purchases of VIP Points are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Unlocking a collection grants access for the duration specified at purchase
• We reserve the right to modify the VIP Points system at any time

All content on WinsHub is owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or scrape any content.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Impersonate WinsHub, its staff, or other users
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to unlocked content

WinsHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinsHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately and any unused VIP Points will be forfeited.
