Orders paid by cryptocurrencies are processed automatically. When your payment is confirmed by the Blockchain Network, your order at WinHub will be confirmed.
When creating an order, the deposit must be made to the generated address within 6 hours including 2 network confirmations, so that our system can automatically process the order. If you sent the coins after 6 hours, no need to worry — your funds are not lost. Contact our support and attach the transaction ID so we can process your order manually.
